2025.09.038月16日（土）2025年度 薬学部「夏休み親子薬学教室」を開催しました。

8月16日（土）中野キャンパスにて、「夏休み親子薬学教室」を開催しました。

本学薬学部 高松 智 教授による、生薬（しょうやく）についての説明の後、実際に生薬を使用し、漢方薬・桂枝茯苓丸（けいしぶくりょうがん）の調剤体験を行いました。

鈴木 達彦 准教授の指導のもとでは、煎じ薬の六君子湯（りっくんしとう）と抑肝散（よくかんさん）の調剤体験や生薬標本の作成を行い、五感で漢方薬とその構成生薬の色、味、そして匂いを実感していただきました。普段経験することのできない調剤体験を親子で興味深く体験されていたのが印象的でした。

その後も、薬学部の教員と学生のサポートのもと、漢方の味見や生薬を素材にしたハーバリウム及び万華鏡の作成、そして古来の伝統的な道具を用いて生薬を粉末にする薬研（やげん）体験を行っていただきました。また、薬草園見学も実施し、身近な薬草に触れることができ、子どもたちのたくさんの笑顔が見られました。

ご参加いただいた大変多くの皆様のおかげで、今年度も盛況のうちに終えることができました。誠にありがとうございました。

On Saturday, August 16, 2025, the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences held the “Summer Holiday Parent-Child Pharmacy Workshop.”

On Saturday, August 16, 2025, the “Summer Holiday Parent-Child Pharmacy Workshop” was held at the Nakano Campus.

After a lecture on crude drugs by Professor Satoshi Takamatsu of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, participants experienced preparing the traditional Chinese medicine Keishibukuryogan using actual crude drugs.

Under the guidance of Associate Professor Tatsuhiko Suzuki, participants also prepared decoctions such as Rikkunshito and Yokukansan, created crude drug specimens, and explored the colors, tastes, and aromas of traditional Chinese medicines through their five senses. It was impressive to see parents and children deeply engaged in this rare pharmaceutical experience.

Later, with support from faculty members and our students, participants enjoyed tasting herbal medicines, making herbariums and kaleidoscopes using crude drug materials, and trying out a traditional tool called a yagen to grind crude drugs into powder. A tour of the medicinal herb garden was also conducted, allowing children to interact with familiar medicinal plants and bringing many smiles to their faces.

Thanks to the participation of so many attendees, this year’s event was once again a great success. We sincerely appreciate your involvement.
