2025.07.02健康医療スポーツ学部の学生が「スポーツチャレンジパーク」に参加しました。

6月22日（日）いちはら子供未来館Weほーるで開催した「スポーツチャレンジパーク」に健康医療スポーツ学部の学生が参加しました。

実施内容は帝京平成スポーツアカデミーのプログラム「親子で楽しむ体つくり教室」で指導している内容を実施しました。（新聞紙じゃんけん、手つなぎ鬼、しっぽとりなど）
年少から小学生とその保護者を対象として子ども29名、大人30名、計59名が参加いたしました。

参加者より「説明もわかりやすく、子どもたちが身近な物を使って取り組むことができる遊びで楽しかった。」「子どもに向いている内容、対応をしてくださりとても楽しめた。」「夏、冬など屋外で体を動かす機会が少なくなるためこのようなプログラムはありがたい。」などの声をいただきました。

今後もこのような活動を通じ地域貢献に努めて参ります。

Students from the Faculty of Health Care and Medical Sports participated in the “Sports Challenge Park.”

On Sunday, June 22, students from the Faculty of Health Care and Medical Sports participated in the “Sports Challenge Park” held at the Ichihara Children’s Museum (We Hall).

The program implemented was based on the Teikyo Heisei Sports Academy’s “Parent-Child Physical Fitness Class,” featuring activities such as newspaper rock-paper-scissors, holding hands tag, and tail-catching games. The event targeted children from preschool to elementary school and their guardians, with a total of 59 participants: 29 children and 30 adults.

Participants shared their feedback, such as “The explanations were easy to understand, and the children enjoyed playing with familiar items,” “The program was well-suited and responsive to children, making it very enjoyable,” and “programs like this are very appreciated since opportunities to play outdoors decrease in summer and winter”

We will continue to contribute to the community through activities like this in the future.
