2025.08.20千葉キャンパスを会場に中学校運動部活動地域移行に係る市原市スポーツ指導者講習会を開催しました。

8月3日（日）千葉キャンパスを会場に市原市スポーツ指導者講習会（ベースプログラム）を開催しました。この講習会は中学校運動部活動の地域移行の担い手となる地域クラブの指導者を市独自に養成するための講習会でベースプログラムと競技別プログラムの２段階で構成されています。

市原市運動部活動の地域移行に係る検討会議の会長を務める健康医療スポーツ学部 医療スポーツ学科 馬場 宏輝 教授（体育・スポーツ経営学）は「これまでの中学校運動部活動は教員が顧問でしたが、地域移行による地域クラブでは地域の方々が指導者となります。これによって教員の負担が減るとともに子ども達の選択肢が幅広くなることが期待できます。昨年度に引き続き今年度も多くの市民にご参加いただきました。中学生に限定しない市原市民全てのスポーツライフが豊かになることを目標に今後も取り組んでいきたいと思います。」と述べています。

Chiba Campus Hosts Ichihara City Sports Instructor Seminar on the Transition of Junior High School Club Activities to Community-Based Programs

On Sunday, August 3, the Chiba Campus hosted the Ichihara City Sports Instructor Seminar (Base Program). This seminar is organized independently by the city to train community club instructors who will play a central role in the transition of junior high school club activities to community-based programs. It consists of two stages: the Base Program and sport-specific programs.

Professor Hiroki Baba, Chair of the Ichihara City Council for the Transition of Junior High School Club Activities to Community-Based Programs and Professor of Physical and Sports Management in the Department of Medical Sports, Faculty of Health Care and Medical Sports, stated:
“Until now, junior high school club activities have been supervised by teachers. However, under the community-based model, local residents will serve as instructors. This change is expected to reduce the burden on teachers and broaden the range of options available to children. Following last year, this year again we were pleased to welcome many citizens to participate. We aim to continue working toward enriching the sports life of all Ichihara citizens, not just junior high school students.”
