2025.08.18健康メディカル学部 医療科学科 スポーツサイエンスコースの1年生が帝京大学 スポーツ医科学センターを見学しました。

8月4日（月）健康メディカル学部 医療科学科 スポーツサイエンスコースの1年生53名が、帝京大学 八王子キャンパスにありますスポーツ医科学センターを見学しました。

「メディカル」「サイエンス」「アスレティックトレーナー（AT）」「ストレングス&コンディショニング（S&C）」「栄養」「コーチ」の各分野の専門スタッフがチームを結成し、分野を超えた連携をしながらアスリートを強力にサポートする活動を目の当りにし、学生たちはとても興奮した様子でした。

本コースの１年次では、専門基礎科目を通じてスポーツサイエンスの全体像をとらえることを目標としています。前期の授業で得たスポーサイエンスに関する専門知識が、競技スポーツの現場ではどのように活かされているかを実際に確認することができ、とても貴重な経験となりました。

健康メディカル学部 医療科学科 スポーツサイエンスコースでは、来年度の1年生にも同様の見学を実施する予定です。

53 First-Year Students from the Sports Science Course Visited The Teikyo University Institute of Sports Science & Medicine on August 4

On Monday, August 4, 53 first-year students from the Sports Science Course, Department of Medical Science, Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, visited the Institute of Sports Science & Medicine at Teikyo University’s Hachioji Campus.

The students had the opportunity to observe how experts in various fields—Medical, Science, Athletic Training (AT), Strength & Conditioning (S&C), Nutrition, and Coaching—form interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support for athletes. They were clearly inspired and excited by witnessing such collaborative efforts in action.

In the first year of this course, the goal is to develop a broad understanding of sports science through foundational subjects. This visit provided a valuable opportunity for students to see how the knowledge they have gained in the first semester is applied in actual competitive sports settings.

A similar visit is scheduled for next year’s incoming first-year students in the Sports Science Course.
