2025.09.19ちはら台キャンパス新校舎の新築工事 進捗状況について（Vol.4）

高層棟に続いて低層棟の1階床のコンクリート打設に向けた準備も着々と進んでいます。今月には基礎躯体工事を終えて、建物を支える基礎部分の土台作りが完了する予定です。10月からは鉄骨工事に着手することで、柱(縦の部材)や梁(横の部材)が徐々に組み立てられていき、校舎の形が立体的に見えてくることになります。

工事期間中は、近隣の皆様やご来学の皆様にご迷惑をおかけすることもあるかと存じますが、安全確保に最大限配慮し、騒音や振動の低減にも努めてまいりますので、引き続きご理解とご協力を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Progress Report on the New Building Construction at Chiharadai Campus (Vol. 4)

Following the progress on the high-rise building, preparations for the concrete placement of the first-floor slab of the low-rise building are steadily advancing. By the end of this month, the foundation structure work is expected to be completed, marking the completion of the base that supports the building.

Starting in October, steel frame construction will begin. Columns (vertical structural elements) and beams (horizontal structural elements) will gradually be assembled, and the shape of the school building will start to take form in three dimensions.

During the construction period, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our neighbors and visitors. We are making every effort to ensure safety and to reduce noise and vibration as much as possible. We kindly ask for your continued understanding and cooperation.

We will continue to provide updates on the progress of the construction.
